Fleeting Nature of Life

The pandemic reminded us that all things are impermanent. This constant change forces us to contemplate our own mortality and evoke an existential loneliness. It stirs a nostalgic comfort, since we know all existence shares the same fate. To be alive is to be vulnerable. Nonetheless, even in diminished and fragile state, lifeforms possess strength of character and beauty, rich and raw textures that offer extraordinary moments of poetry.
